ReadMir’de yenilikler: sürüm notları

ReadMir’deki son gelişmeler: yeni hikâyeler, özellikler ve düzeltmeler, sürüm sürüm.

2.0.0 — 2 October 2026

  • New: ReadMir is now available in eleven more languages - Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Georgian, Japanese, Uzbek, Arabic and Persian. You can switch using the new language picker on the home page or from the top-right menu. Arabic and Persian are shown right-to-left as you'd expect.
  • New: It's not just the menus that have been translated. Story translations, word meanings, challenge questions, story titles and descriptions, the beginner story primers and the cast of characters will all follow whichever language you've picked, rather than only being available in English.
  • New: The grammar guide, the alphabet page, the cheat-sheet PDFs and our legal pages have also been translated into all eleven new languages.
  • New: Added a phrase book with 401 everyday phrases across 23 topics (greetings, eating out, directions, emergencies, and so on). Every phrase has audio, a transliteration and its meaning in your language, and some come with a short note on when to use them. You can search the whole book and filter between formal (вы) and informal (ты) versions.
  • New: Phrases you save from the phrase book are added to your 'Sentences' page, so you can practise them alongside the phrases you've saved from stories.
  • New: Added a 'Typing Challenge' practice mode. Type Russian sentences in Cyrillic as fast as you can and get scored in words per minute. You can either copy the Russian or translate from your own language, play with no limits, a set number of sentences or against the clock, and choose whether the sentences come from the stories, example sentences or your own saved sentences list.
  • New: Added a focus mode. Write yourself a study schedule of timed blocks and a small timer will follow you around the app, counting each block down and moving you on to the next one. You can drag the timer anywhere on screen if it's in the way.
  • New: The Dracula progressive immersion mode now contains the whole novel - all 27 chapters, up from 9. That's just over 900 pages, and all of the new vocab has been added to the vocabulary page.
  • New: The dictionary pop-up has had a major overhaul. As well as the existing definitions it can now show definitions in your own language, synonyms, example sentences, and declension or conjugation tables for many more words than before. Every word form in the tables has its own audio button.
  • New: The 'In real sentences' examples on the vocab page and in cloze practice can now be shown with translations in your own language where one is available (they'll fall back to English where it isn't).
  • New: Added a review overview to the practice hub. It shows how many words you have due now, coming up, new and known, a chart of the next two weeks of reviews, and a list of your due and upcoming words which can be sorted by date or by difficulty. There's a summary of the same numbers on the stats page too.
  • New: Words in stories can now be underlined according to your progress - amber for words you're learning and green for words you know. This is switched on by default and can be turned off in the reading settings.
